The Motorola PMNN4489 is an IMPRES Li-ion, 2,900 mAh battery designed for professional-tier two way radios and is fully submersible with an IP68 rating. This low voltage, high capacity battery will give you 25+ hours of talk time when paired with MOTOTRBO Enhanced Series Radios (XPR series), and its Hazloc TIA4950 rating enables this battery to be used safely in any environment.
